Desert Neurosurgery will bill the insurance company as a courtesy. However, if claims are not paid within 60 days from the date of service, the patient will be responsible for payment and coordinating payment from their insurance payor. Once the practice receives payment for the services provided, the company will refund any monies owed to the patient.
